Johannes Gehringer

Is a Policy Officer for Erasmus+ Higher Education at the European Commission in Brussels. Johannes has work experience in EU external relations and cooperation (audiovisual, culture) as well as in EU education and training policies and programmes. He is interested in EU affairs, international relations, foreign policy, education, and culture.


Reza Goldansaz

Seyed Reza Goldansaz joined IAESTE back in 2015 as the National Exchange Coordinator of IAESTE Iran, and has been responsible for more than 200 incoming and 200 outgoing students in his five-year term. From 2019 onwards Reza started to join the activities of IAESTE A.s.b.l., the global parent organization of more than 85 National Committees. Since January 2021 Reza has been a member of the Board of IAESTE A.s.b.l. . His current focus is on the exchange programme on the global level and new worldwide trends (incl. corporates’, employers’ and students’ dynamic needs), remote internships, etc. so that we adjust the association with real-time challenges. Reza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and is currently doing an MBA for his master’s.


Frédéric Piccavet

Frédéric Piccavet is a European by heart and a Belgian by birth. Over the past decade, he has been deeply involved in the student movement and in youth organizations, both nationally and internationally. His background organizations are the Flemish Youth Council (VJR) and the European Apprentices Network (co-founder). Today he is vice president of the European Youth Forum and coordinator of the Flemish Student Union (VVS). The core topics he has worked on are socio-economic rights (ban unpaid internships!), student participation, gender equality, and mental health. Frédéric holds a Master’s in International Relations, Economics, and Communication Sciences. He interned at the Council of Europe (Strasbourg) and the Flemish public broadcaster (VRT) and enjoyed an Erasmus exchange at La Sapienza Università (Rome).


Zuhal Guvener

Is the International Relations Office Manager at the International University of Sarajevo, Bosnia, and Herzegovina. Zuhal is an experienced Deputy Director with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Research, English, Teaching, Higher Education, and Curriculum Development. Strong education professional with a Master’s Degree focused on English Language and Literature, General from the International University of Sarajevo.


Nannette Ripmeester

Nannette Ripmeester is the director of Expertise in Labour Mobility (ELM). ELM specialised for over 25 years in customising solutions for international labour mobility. Together with her team, Nannette works under the motto of ‘making mobility work’. She is considered an expert on global mobility trends and how to enhance the connection between recent graduates and their future job opportunities. Nannette holds an MA degree from the University of Amsterdam and combines her role for ELM with her work as Director Client Services Europe & North America for i-graduate – a leading benchmarking organisation responsible for the International Student Barometer (ISB). More recently, she has become heavily involved in the employability initiative CareerProfessor.works. Her love for global mobility and bridging the gap between education and the world of work was ignited when she worked for 7 years at the European Commission where she was responsible for setting up the EURES database on living and working conditions and the regional labour job market in the EU Member States.


Kirsten Williamson

Kirsten is the founder and CEO of Petrus – a multi-award-winning international design company that specializes in connecting employers with students and the global education community. Launched in 2005 by Kirsten, Petrus now comprises a team of 20 research, communication, education, and digital experts creating and implementing projects worldwide. Petrus designs and delivers impactful learning experiences and creative campaigns. It brings together companies, students, and universities worldwide for skills development, innovation, brand communications, recruitment, and community engagement. The company’s mission is to enable young people worldwide to achieve their potential. Kirsten played an active role within the leadership of the European Association for International Education, as a board member and leader of the special interest group dealing with careers services, internships, and graduate employability, and as co-founder and board member of the international alumni relations group. In 2017 she launched the Global Engineering Deans Council Industry Forum (www.gedc-industryforum.com) to enable meaningful dialogue among leaders in engineering education and industry worldwide and better prepare the engineering experts, innovators, and leaders of the future. In response to the crisis in work-based and experiential learning brought on by covid-19, Kirsten and her team launched the Global Virtual Internships Programme for engineering students worldwide in partnership with the GEDC and SEFI, as well as the Global Learning Expedition. This virtual skills program for students involving academics, employers, and NGOs and supported by alumni of Petrus’ live programs is already delivering much-needed work-based and intercultural experience to students worldwide. The UK’s National Council for Work Experience presented Petrus with the ‘UK’s Best Internship Provider’ award in the small companies category, an achievement the company is immensely proud of.


Carlos Rios Cuevas

Carlos is Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager for the EMEA region in the Johnson Controls company. Passionate HR Professional with a solid background in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding activities. He has worked on projects to achieve specific goals for business clients. He has experience with team leadership, project management, process design, and change management as well.


Annie Kolemen

Annie is a web developer at Erasmus Student Network (ESN). Together with other ESN colleagues, She works on internal and project websites from planning, designing to development and maintenance. Annie is part of the development team of the ErasmusJobs project.


Karol Ovesny

Karol is the Founder and CEO of WorkSpace Europe, a consortium of universities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, focused on university-business cooperation and international student traineeships in the frame of Erasmus+. He is an experienced project manager in the areas of Business and Education, EU programs, employability of graduates, as well as digital communication and marketing. He manages student internship programmes for businesses and cooperates with top-level international companies based in Slovakia and abroad. Karol is also a member of the Leo-Net board.


Zuzanna Przybyla

Zuzanna is a founder and CEO of World is your office, a boutique consulting and training company specializing in supporting distributed teams and remote work. She is a remote work expert, business trainer, mentor of distributed teams with experience in corporate, SME and startup environments. In her career, she has had the opportunity to manage a team (5 years), projects (5 years), and run her own company. Thanks to this, she is able to work effectively with people at every level of the organization. In her coaching and consulting work, she had the pleasure of working with over 60 teams and companies, both fully colocated and fully remote, from various industries, countries, in areas such as communication, processes, onboarding, recruitment, team productivity. Some of her clients: Google, Play, MediaExpert, Budimex SA, Objectivity, Metapack, ECS, Performance Media, Maker Dao.
